Our Story
Established in 2011. Design Plus Ltd, has been catering to the needs of the clients across the board ranging from Clients who are desirous of building their dream home to Corporate Establishments who are desirous of a finish product comparable to none. Design Plus Ltd continues and be a pioneer in the dynamic Construction Industry having constructed the longest pool in the Caribbean (Sandals Halcyon River Pools) and the first set of overwater rooms situated at Sandals Grande.Over the years we have seen many of our Corporate Clients returning and referring others.
Our exceptional after sales service and efficiency makes working with us hassle free, a stand out quality in our industry. Our competent team is led by our Managing Director/Chief Engineer supported by Site Manager, Engineering Technicians, Supervisors, Carpenters, Masons, Semi Skilled and Helpers.
Design Plus Ltd has developed working relationships with Sub-Contractors well versed and certified in Electrical, Plumbing , Wielding , Painting , Tiling among other services which aid in successful completion of projects .
Meet The Team
Alton William
Alton William is a registered Professional Engineer in St.Lucia . He is equipped with a wealth of experience having worked on various Commercial and Residential Construction Projects of varied magnitude. Alton holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville USA. He has over twenty years experience in the construction industry and is well versed with Cost Estimation , Procurement and Modern Construction methods . Alton has been very instrumental in the business development component of the company, in his spare time he enjoys farming ,reading and spending time with family .p
Franciane Pomponne
Franciane holds a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering Management from University of East London and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ashworth College USA; having served/been employed as an Engineering Technician for eight years with an MEP firm.Franciane's combined experience in Construction Engineering and Business Management assist in overseeing
operations,procurement. Human Resource and Financial Management. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with family
Shawnette St.Juste
Shawnette serves in the capacity of Quantity Surveying .She holds an Associate Degree in Quality Surveying from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and is responsible for the preparation of cost estimations, progress reports as well as overseeing projects. In her spare time, she enjoys playing Rugby having played on the National Team , nature hikes and spend time with family and friends.
Bradley Jeremie
Bradley Jeremie holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration. He plays an integral part of our team by ensuring that inventory levels are on par and to standard. He is also responsible for the maintenance of tools and equipment. In his spare time,he enjoys football and spending time with his family and friends.
